Bull lands second AMC POW in four weeks

ST. LOUIS, MO - The American Midwest Conference announced their basketball Players of the Week for week 10 on Monday and it was a familiar name from the Eutectics winning the defensive award. Aryanna Bull was named the Defensive Player of the Week, an award she also won back on December 22.

The Eutectics went 2-1 in their three games during the counting period and Bull starred in the game on Thursday at Crowley's Ridge with 15 rebounds, the eighth-most in a single game in UHSP history. Of those 15 rebounds, six were on the offensive glass. That was all part of a 69-rebound performance by the Eutectics, the second most rebounds ever in a single game for the Eutectics. It was the second time this season that UHSP reached 60+ rebounds in a game. For the week, Bull grabbed 24 rebounds, four blocks and two steals. If you want offense, she helped out there too with 25 points.

Bull is the leading rebounder for the Eutectics averaging 8.1 rebounds per game. She averages just over a block per contest and is the second leading scorer at 10.4 points per game. She is now a two-time Player of the Week recipient this season and the only Eutectic other than Grace Beyer to win an AMC POW award in women's basketball.

Along with Bull, Raigan Head of Central Baptist was named the AMC's Offensive Player of the Week.

The Eutectics sit at 7-8 and 4-1 in the AMC heading into a week in which they will host Hannibal-LaGrange on Thursday and then travel to Stephens on Saturday
